Order Cancellation/Modifications
We’d love for you to join the white fox community. However, if you change your mind, please act swiftly! We process orders very quickly. Orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If you've already paid and need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once packaging and shipping begin, cancellations are no longer possible.
- Note: A fee of 5% + $1 will be deducted for order cancellations to cover costs from our payment gateway, warehouse handling, and platform charges.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
- You’re eligible for a refund if the product doesn't arrive within the guaranteed time (45 business days, excluding a 2-5 day processing period).
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you can request a refund or exchange. Our team will address your request within 24 hours on weekdays.
*Please provide relevant information such as photos and videos of unpacking defective items, along with your order number and name. In such cases, you won't be charged a shipping fee for exchanges.
For non-damaged products that you wish to return due to a change of mind, returns are accepted:
- Email your return request and order details to white fox.
- Returned items must be in original packaging and unused.
- Customers bear the cost of return shipping, determined by the chosen carrier.
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll process your refund.
Return Requirements
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase or 15 days after delivery.
- Items should be in their original condition, including packaging and components.
- Returns should be prepaid.
- If returning due to size issues, both initial and return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
*Note: A cancellation fee of 5% + $1 applies for covering incurred costs.
Refunds or reshipments will not be issued if:
- The order didn't arrive due to customer errors (e.g., wrong address).
- Delays are caused by exceptional circumstances beyond white fox’s control (e.g., customs issues, natural disasters).
- Incorrect size selection based on provided size charts for categories like shoes and clothing.
- Electronic items aren't eligible for refunds.
- We aren’t liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Policy
To initiate a return, email Service@mail.shopwhitefoxhoodie.net. After we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-10 business days for this to reflect in your account.
- Returned items must be new and unused.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and reason for the return. If approved, we'll provide a return address.
Exchange Policy
- If an item is undelivered due to a carrier mistake (e.g., lost or delivered to the wrong address despite providing the correct one), we'll send a replacement at no extra cost. Refunds won't be issued for delays.
- If an item is sent to the wrong address because of customer error, the customer must cover the cost of replacement. Please ensure accuracy when entering your shipping details.
Additional Notes
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Final sales for pre-orders and custom-made items unless faulty.
- Cancellations for orders in transit.
- Delivery failures due to incorrect customer information.
- Unforeseen delays or customs holds.
- Returns outside the allowed period.
- Unauthorized returns.
Delivery Failures
If a delivery failure occurs, we will email you promptly. If there's no response or if you provided an incorrect email, and the package is destroyed, we won’t be liable for the loss.

- International shipping can be costly with potential customs fees. Carefully review your cart and shipping details before finalizing your order to avoid unnecessary cancellation and return fees.
